Introduction IBA designed the artificial islands, the tunnel entrances and interior, the suspension bridge, the cable stayed bridge and the causeway.
Overall masterplan and design of the 25 km infrastructure link between Shenzhen and Zhongshan special economic zone. Consisting of one superlarge 1.6km span suspension bridge, which will form the gateway to China; a 500 m span cable-stayed bridge, a 7km tunnel and a 15km causeway
Furthermore, the masterplan design of the artificial entrance island at the side of the Shenzhen airport and the islands that forms the transfer between tunnel and bridge system.
