A continuous park-square surface integrates all new program fragments into one complete surface-park. Pedestrians can use this surface which folds over the hotel, shops and parking, A diversity in height of the folds of the park-surface enriches the experience of climbing the park; creating private valleys to occupy, providing areas for walking and seating.
lighting
The upper surface, the roof of the hotel, is punctured to bring daylight to the hotel and shopping levels below. Roof lights and voids create individual patios for the hotel rooms.
